Neck Lump - Thyroid Nodule

Priya Sharma is a 42-year-old female presenting with incidentally discovered 2.3cm right thyroid nodule on ct imaging. About three weeks ago, I went to see my GP because I had a persistent cough that wouldn't go away for about a month. She ordered a CT scan of my chest to rule out anything serious. The cough turned out to be nothing - probably just post-nasal drip from my allergies. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
