rehearseMD is an educational platform that provides simulated clinical encounters for medical students and healthcare professionals to practice their clinical skills. The Service uses artificial intelligence to simulate patient interactions for training purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

The Service is strictly for educational and training purposes. rehearseMD:

• Does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
• Does NOT replace professional medical education or clinical training
• Does NOT substitute for supervision by qualified medical educators
• Should NOT be used in actual clinical settings or for real patient care
• Should NOT be used in emergency or urgent medical situations

4. Intended Users

The Service is intended for use by medical students, healthcare trainees, and licensed healthcare professionals for educational purposes. Users must be enrolled in or have completed accredited medical education programs.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for legitimate educational purposes
• Not rely on the Service for actual clinical decision-making
• Not use the Service in emergency or time-sensitive medical situations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Report any technical issues or concerns to our support team

6. Limitations of AI Simulation

The simulated patients and scoring are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, the simulations:

• May not perfectly represent real clinical scenarios
• Should not be considered comprehensive medical education
• May contain errors or inconsistencies
• Are not a substitute for hands-on clinical experience

7. Subscriptions & Billing

rehearseMD offers both a free tier and a paid subscription:

• Free tier: You receive a limited number of practice sessions at no cost. No payment information is required.
• RehearseMD Pro: An optional auto-renewable subscription is available at $0.99/month, providing unlimited sessions and detailed scoring.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions.
• Prices may vary by region; Apple handles all currency conversion.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by rehearseMD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REHEARSEMD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY RELIANCE ON THE SIMULATED CLINICAL CONTENT.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
