Overwhelmed New Mother

Heather is a 30-year-old female presenting with feeling sad, overwhelmed, and unable to bond with baby at 6 weeks postpartum. 30-year-old G1P1 presents for 6-week postpartum visit. She tearfully reports feeling sad, overwhelmed, and exhausted since about 2 weeks after delivery. She has difficulty sleeping even when baby sleeps, poor appetite with 5 lb weight loss, and frequent crying spells. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
