Pediatric Sore Throat

Linda (Joe's Mom) is a 5-year-old male presenting with 5 y/o m with sore throat x 2 days, fever. Sore throat for 2 days, painful to swallow but taking cold liquids okay. Fever up to 101. 8 this morning, responds to Tylenol given last night and this morning. Obtain history from parent, state what exam you would do, then present assessment and plan.
