Pediatric Ingestion

Jessica Okafor is a 28-year-old female presenting with 3-year-old daughter found with open bottle of grandmother's iron (ferrous sulfate) pills, possible ingestion. I was in the laundry room folding clothes and Lily was playing in the living room, or so I thought. My mother is visiting us this week and she takes iron pills for her anemia. She left the bottle on the kitchen counter after taking her morning dose. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
