Walter is a 68-year-old male presenting with right hand tremor x 1 year, slowed movements, small handwriting. 68-year-old male presents with 1-year history of progressive right hand tremor that is worse at rest and improves with movement. He has noticed he is moving slower than before and his wife says he is shuffling when he walks. His handwriting has become very small. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
