Allison is a 28-year-old female presenting with recurrent severe headaches with visual aura x 2 years. 28-year-old female presents with recurrent severe headaches occurring 3-4 times per month for the past 2 years. About 20-30 minutes before each headache, she sees zigzag lines and flickering spots that spread across her vision, lasting about 20 minutes. Then the headache begins - throbbing, usually on one side, 8-9/10 severity, lasting 4-12 hours. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
