Child with Prolonged Fever and Rash
OSCE Voice Station
Liam is a 4-year-old male presenting with fever x 6 days, rash, red eyes in 4-year-old. 4-year-old male brought by mother with 6 days of persistent high fever (103-104F) not responding to acetaminophen or ibuprofen. He developed red eyes without discharge on day 2, red cracked lips on day 3, a rash on his trunk on day 4, and swollen hands on day 5. He is very irritable and refusing to eat. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
