Vomiting and Weakness

Tyler Washington is a 21-year-old male presenting with vomiting and weakness with very high thirst. I've been extremely thirsty for about a week and peeing constantly. For the last day I've been nauseous and vomiting and my stomach hurts. Today I feel weak and kind of confused. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
