Worsening Shortness of Breath

Harold is a 68-year-old male presenting with increased cough and sputum production x 3 days, worsening shortness of breath. 68-year-old male with known COPD presents with 3-day history of worsening dyspnea, increased cough, and change in sputum from white to yellow-green. He is using his rescue inhaler every 2 hours with minimal relief. Mild subjective fever. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
