OSCE Voice Station

Robert is a 58-year-old male presenting with 58 y/o m here to discuss lung biopsy results showing malignancy. Patient had CT scan 2 weeks ago for persistent cough showing 3cm RUL mass. Bronchoscopy with biopsy performed 5 days ago. Pathology returned showing non-small cell lung cancer (adenocarcinoma). CT scan revealed 4cm lung mass (non-small cell lung cancer). Patient doesn't know yet. Use SPIKES protocol.
