Asthma Follow-up

Tyler is a 17-year-old male presenting with 17 y/o m for asthma follow-up, diagnosed 2 months ago. Diagnosed with asthma by spirometry 2 months ago. Was prescribed fluticasone inhaler 1 puff BID and albuterol with spacer PRN. Given peak flow meter - max was 600. Assess asthma control, teach peak flow use, and counsel on asthma action plan.
