Acute Vertigo Evaluation

Linda Gomez is a 55-year-old female presenting with sudden onset room-spinning vertigo triggered by position changes since this morning. I woke up this morning and when I rolled over in bed to turn off my alarm, the entire room started spinning violently. It was the most terrifying thing I have ever experienced. I felt like I was on a roller coaster. Your task is to take a focused history from this patient.
